Added ship modules functionality

I added ship modules, which are ready for the player to install himself on the boat. The modules are modular, and communicate through interfaces, so I am not free to add 3 tanks for fuel - it will adapt itself, fuel consumtion speed, from which tank to take etc. Also implemented "required modules to funtion", so if engine is not on, or there is no fuel, or the engine is broken - player can't move with the ship. These data get triggered also when the ship runs out of fuel, of course.
